Théâtre Alfred’s performers are mostly students of Ctibor Turba, one of the great East European masters of theatre of movement.
As well as teaching at the Prague Theatre Academy, Ctibor Turba is a mime, director and company director. For many years now he has been teaching and exploring the art of non-verbal theatre.
Ctibor Turba and his students have carved out a special place in Czech theatre with their countless performances and contributions to international festivals, which have also made Ctibor Turba a respected figure in the theatre world.
