Founded by Fanny Soriano (dancer and aerial acrobat) and Jules Beckman (musician and multi-disciplinary performer), Compagnie Libertivore’s unique style is the fruit of their inter-disciplinary artistic vision, their demanding standards, their willingness to take risks as performers and their physical and emotional commitment to their art. The company experiments freely with improvisation and mixing styles, finding aesthetic inspiration in the real world and dream states, nature and modernity.

The company’s work is a poetic exploration of the relationship between nature and human nature. After the success of their first show, Libertivore, Fanny and Jules united their artistic talents under the banner of the AOC Collective. In 2013, they created the solo piece Hêtre, performed by Kamma Rosenbeck in February 2015, while Fanny took on directing duties. Jules Beckman has also made several appearances in performances with Needcompany.
