Manuelle Haeringer specialises in aerial disciplines, particularly cloud swing, fabrics, slack rope and flying trapeze. In 2004, she joined the Les Colporteurs and Transe Express companies with her Jälkel solos.
Alexandre Blondel and Manuelle Haeringer met in August 2002 at the Menuiserie de Bourg Saint Andéol, the home of the Nouveaux Nez company, during a course in fabric and floor acrobatics. They immediately wanted to share their passion for circus arts, particularly their love of movement. A duo was born out of this friendship, based on mutual and – for them – fundamental understanding.
Alexandre and Manuelle are first and foremost an organic and physical whole. A two-faced and two-tiered duo where the body comes first and a mutual physical understanding is indispensable. An osmosis nurtured by a powerful desire to project themselves together in a creation with their share of questions, work and trials of all sorts.
