The Fabrik Company production structure followed closely on the creation of Fabrik Potsdam. It promotes shows based on energy and improvisation, often using multimedia to combine movement and form in a simple, direct line. Seeking more diverse means of expression, it is an outgoing company that nurtures exchange and experimentation. It thus came to create its own dance productions as well as collaborating with other dancers and choreographers (Jess Curtis, Marie-Josée Chartier, Jos Houben, Andrew Dawson).

Over the years, "Fabrik Potsdam / Fabrik Company" has become a cultural beacon in Berlin, a hub for exchange, producing and disseminating living art. It organises the Potsdamer Tanztage, an international contemporary dance festival.
