Ville Wallo started juggling in 1991 and rapidly developed his own style, borrowing both from old musical comedies and 20th century movements like Futurism and Russian Modernism. He completely rejuvenated Finnish juggling. For him, the instruments have infinite possibilities: "When juggling expresses something in itself or delivers a message, it finds its own justification. It is no longer based on the fact that you are skilful, but on the fact that you have something to say and that you are able to say it by juggling".
Ville Wallo regularly works to promote the new perspectives of juggling. Since 1999, he has organised the 5-3-1 festival alongside Maksim Komaro, devoted to new and experimental juggling
Kalle Hakkarainen is a magic prodigy who combines his art with juggling, video and many other art forms. With Ville Wallo, he shares the same desire for an artistic project that fashions a language made of gestures and images in order to speak of the world in new ways.
