Paolo Nani & Kristjan Ingimarsson
One day, death decides to pay a visit to two famous clowns. We see them run through some of their most popular numbers, but we also see them behind the scenes as Death slowly, gradually creeps into their daily lives, and of course their famous show. The actors thus end up thinking about life, about the present moment and about the meaning of that most precious gift.
What do we think of as death approaches? Unfinished business, disappointments, duties… it all gets mixed up. Throwing in elements of mime, poetry, dance and comedy, Paolo Nani and Kristjan Ingimarsson have created a show based around the great taboo that we all like to pretend doesn’t exist.
