What happens when you’re waiting for a plane and you have to share a bench with somebody you’ve never seen before and who doesn’t look particularly friendly?
From this simple premise, Servane Deschamps and Alfred Spirli have created a hilarious slice of burlesque drama. The two characters they represent are thoroughly convinced of their own dignity. But the threats to that dignity keep piling up: the noises, movements, lights, surroundings. The world seems to be leagued against them, but they endeavour to face life’s catastrophes with a sense of embattled elegance.
