Mangano-Massip
All aboard for a poetical-musical-visual journey through the history of our planet, exploring its metamorphoses from the Big Bang all the way up to the impending ecological catastrophe.
Driven by a deeply humanist philosophy, Rhapsodie Planète takes stock of the state of the world: its beauty, its danger, its people.
This project is the brainchild of two former students and lifelong ambassadors of Mime Marceau and a Bulgarian-born marimba player. Together the three of them composed this ode to life, a maelstrom of astounding physical feats, projected images, animated objects and music from Piazzolla to Bach to Japanese marimba virtuoso Keiko Habe.
